Every Follower is remembered by a stable identity, not its IP, so when the subnet changes the Leader finds each one again on its new address automatically: no clearing, no re-scanning, no re-adding. It's the Dante-style "set it and move it" behavior for your slide-sync fleet. The Leader settles on the best network (a PTP/Dante-locked one is preferred), your Priority and Ignore choices are always honored, and a Follower reachable only on a different subnet still works — with a subtle indicator so you can decide whether to move it over. Nominate backup machines by priority; a live backup runs locked to the same slide, and if a playback machine drops, control fails over automatically — a recovered primary only reclaims once it's provably stable, with split-brain protection. A show-caller limit timer that propagates to every machine at once — countdown, count-up, or time-of-day, with an optional yellow warning and a choice of finish: blink or hold 0:00 in the colour you pick (red / amber / white / green / blue), blank the screen after a 5-second hold, or count red overtime. Set timings from KueSync Control or a stream deck — with a button for every option and at-a-glance status from Bitfocus Companion — and show a big, rock-steady full-screen clock on any machine, with a selectable background (black / white / chroma green / blue) to PIP or key it over your program feed. Keep a talk on schedule with a presenter-facing countdown that lands exactly on the out-time — and trim or extend the remaining time mid-talk with no visible jump, while the operator always sees the true time left.
Put the speaker's notes on a confidence monitor at the front of stage — the same notes from Keynote or PowerPoint, read straight off the running deck. The display fills the screen at a large, legible size that auto-sizes to each note, with the slide count tight at the top and long notes scrolling for the backstage operator. Pin any machine as the source, tuck the show timer and Kue Lights into the corner, key it over a program feed on a chroma background, and hide the deck file name when it's internal.
Private by design — built for locked-down corporate networks. KueSync runs entirely on your own machines and LAN. Decks, slides, and presenter notes are read locally and synced directly between your machines — never through a cloud and never off your network. Your content is never uploaded, never stored on our servers, never used to train or run AI, and never sold or shared. The only thing that ever leaves your network is a small license and update check that carries none of your content and works fully offline — so KueSync fits inside strict IT and security policies, even on isolated show networks.
On a shared or house network, set one Fleet Password on the Leader — it's pushed to the whole fleet automatically, no per-machine setup. An optional PIN guards remote access to settings, and the control surface is hardened against outside tampering. On an isolated show LAN, leave it open.
