KueSync runs on the Macs, PCs and network already on your show. One Leader drives the fleet and backup Leaders stand by. Slide and notes cueing, production timekeeping, networked file management and the Show Caller's controls all run over the same show network, driven from KueSync Control, Bitfocus Companion, a presenter remote or any phone.
Scan the network for machines that can take over and add them in one press. The list reads L2, L3, L4 in the order they take over, and setting that order here sets it on the machines themselves. A live backup runs locked to the same slide, so control carries on without a break, and the primary takes control back only once it is provably stable. Includes split-brain protection. A show-caller limit timer that propagates to every machine at once: countdown, count-up, or time-of-day, with an optional yellow warning and a choice of finish (blink or hold 0:00 in a color you pick, blank after a hold, or count red overtime). Set it from KueSync Control, a Stream Deck, or Companion, and show a full-screen clock on any machine with a keyable background to PIP or key over your program feed. A presenter-facing countdown lands on the out-time, and you can trim or extend the remaining time mid-talk with no visible jump while the operator still sees the true time left. Turn on Track overtime and your own screen keeps counting past zero as +MM:SS while the presenter's clock does whatever you set it to do at zero. Any machine's Timer display can choose its own finish (blink, hold or blank) or follow the fleet. Over the internet: a Show Caller or a control user runs the full Timer from a browser, and an internet Timer link puts the full-screen clock on any screen with an internet connection. Number your decks in the Fleet Folder (for example 006 Welcome) and launch any one full-screen across every machine with one tap, from the KueSync Control page on phone, iPad, or desktop, or from Companion. Drive the fleet or just chosen screens with go/back, jump-to-slide, a cue lamp, a sync-roll auto-advance, and close-deck. No Companion required. Encrypted between machines. Show traffic between your machines, and between Companion and KueSync, is encrypted automatically, with nothing to set up and no certificate to install. The Fleet Password is checked without being sent between up-to-date machines. Tick Require encryption on the Leader to make it the rule for the whole fleet, and Live status shows Encrypted at a glance. Browser pages on the show network work as before. A new Leader sets a Fleet Password on its own, and gives it to each machine it adds, sealed when they pair, so a fresh install is never driveable by just anyone, with no per-machine setup. Adding a machine also needs that machine's Settings and Control PIN, and each machine's Settings page is gated by its own PIN. Change a PIN and every Settings session open elsewhere ends at once. Over the internet: nothing is shared until you make a link, every connection is encrypted, each person has a link and PIN of their own that opens only what you ticked, and you can remove access at any time.
KueSync runs on your own machines and LAN. Decks, slides, and presenter notes are read locally and synced directly between your machines, encrypted, never through a cloud and never off your network. Your content is never uploaded, stored on our servers, used to train or run AI, or sold or shared. With internet access off, the only thing that leaves your network is a small license and update check that carries none of your content and works offline, so KueSync fits inside strict IT and security policies, even on isolated show networks. The Fleet Folder keeps one shared content folder across the whole fleet. Drop a deck or video on any machine and it lands on every other within seconds, with live progress in Settings, so you can pre-load the next show everywhere and run off the local drive. Put the speaker's notes on a confidence monitor at the front of stage, read straight off the running Keynote or PowerPoint deck. The display fills the screen and auto-sizes to each note, with the slide count at the top and long notes scrolling for the backstage operator. Pin any machine as the source, tuck the show timer and Cue Lights into a corner, key it over program on a chroma background, and hide the deck file name when it's internal. Cues fire on a shared network deadline rather than on each machine's own clock, the same idea that keeps a pro-AV network like Dante in step. Every screen flips on that deadline, not on a guess. On a Dante or AES67 network with a PTP grandmaster, every machine locks to it, and Settings names the clock you are on. A source whose time is nowhere near real time is turned down and KueSync keeps looking, so a stray PTP device on the wire cannot sit in the way of the real grandmaster. Where a clock was refused, Settings says so and by how much. Peer-to-peer sync holds the fleet together throughout.
Turn Stream Deck keys into a hardware-style cue light: green on a forward move, red on a back, mirroring the presenter's clicker. Any phone becomes a wireless advancer from a scannable link, no app to install. Every clicker drives at once, and you can enable or disable each one, by hand or from a Show Flow cue. Each machine in Leader Settings has its own Settings button that opens that machine in a new tab, labeled by name and role, so you configure the rig from the booth instead of walking to it. On any machine, pick another and press Import settings to copy its display and behavior preferences. Names, PINs and the Fleet Password are never copied.
Show Flow, show control and clickers over a secure internet connection. A presenter advances the show from their own phone, anywhere with internet. A Show Caller runs Show Flow with GO, the Timer and your slide decks from a browser. Crew follow the run of show and edit their own columns. Each value shows in full with its column title, and the columns follow your call order on every screen. Import a show flow from a paste, an Excel or CSV file or a Google Sheets link, edit it in place with Undo and Redo, and star as many columns as you like: each one takes its own color.
