By downloading, installing, or using KueSync you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the software.
Subject to these terms and a valid license, owned or rented, Krometis Analytics grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use KueSync to run your presentations. Each license may be active on 2 Leader computers at a time (for example a main and a backup). The machines a Leader drives (Followers) need no license. Each license includes 75 internet links; more can be added at $49 for each 25. Your entitlement is carried in a signed license key and confirmed by activation, online or by phone code; you may not resell, sublicense, rent out, share, or redistribute the software or license keys, use a license on more computers than it allows, circumvent activation or its limits, or reverse-engineer the software except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

An owned license is a one-time purchase of a license that does not expire. It covers KueSync 0.x and every 1.x release, with no yearly fee. When KueSync 2.0 is released, an owner may upgrade at half the 2.0 price, and a license bought in the 90 days before 2.0 is released upgrades at no charge. The beta price is $599 per license and rises at KueSync 1.0; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. An order of 5 or more owned licenses is 20% off, and schools are 50% off by arrangement; the two discounts do not combine. Paid day rentals are credited toward owning, as shown on the pricing page; credit has no cash value, is tied to the email it was earned under, and a refunded payment earns no credit. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
A day rental is a one-time purchase of a license for a stated run of show dates (1 to 30 consecutive days), at the per-license, per-day price shown at checkout, billed for at most 20 days. It runs from 00:00 on the first rental day to 06:00 the morning after the last rental day, in the time zone shown at checkout. A rental does not renew, cannot be ended early, and cannot be moved to other dates once purchased. Enter the dates carefully.
A license is activated on each computer, online or by phone code where there is no internet. A computer can be released from its license on that computer at any time, or from your account at kuesync.com/account twice a year per license. A refunded or disputed purchase revokes the license.
All sales are final. Owned licenses, day rentals and added internet links are non-refundable once charged. A day rental lets you use KueSync for a show before you buy, and every rental dollar counts toward owning.
If something went wrong on our side (a duplicate charge or a key that did not arrive), email support@kuesync.com within 14 days and we'll put it right. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Use KueSync lawfully and only on machines and networks you are authorized to control. You're responsible for securing your own network (including setting a Fleet Password on shared networks).
KueSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. KueSync is pre-release beta software. Its redundancy and automatic-failover features are best-effort and depend on your network and hardware; they are provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not a substitute for your own show practices. Live events carry inherent risk; you are responsible for appropriate rehearsal, redundancy, and backup procedures for your show, and you should validate failover in your own environment before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krometis Analytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or show interruptions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for KueSync in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. We may suspend or terminate a license for breach of these terms.
