By downloading, installing, or using KueSync you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the software.
Subject to these terms and a valid subscription (or active trial), Krometis Analytics grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use KueSync to run your presentations. A subscription is licensed per seat, where a seat is one control machine that independently leads a fleet. Your subscription authorizes as many concurrent seats as you have purchased (the seat count). The presentation machines a control machine drives connect at no additional license cost, a pure Follower requires no license, and an in-fleet backup Leader operating under the live Primary for redundancy/failover does not consume a seat. Enterprise / Integrator terms (including 20+ seats and any resale or integration) are set by written quote. Your license entitlement is carried in a signed license key and validated by periodic online activation; you may not resell, sublicense, rent, share, or redistribute the software or license keys, exceed your purchased seat count, circumvent the license activation or seat limits, or reverse-engineer the software except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Each installation includes a 7-day free trial with full features and no payment required. During the public beta, that trial is your free access to the software. Beta builds are pre-release and provided as-is; features may change.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe per seat at the quantity, price, and interval shown at checkout. Introductory beta per-seat pricing (USD/month, with volume discounts): 1 seat 15; 2–4 seats 13 each; 5–9 seats 11 each; 10+ seats 9 each. Annual billing is ten times the monthly per-seat rate (about two months free). 20+ seats and resale/integration are priced by written quote (Enterprise). Prices are introductory and may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay, and existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at until they change their plan or seat count. Changing your seat count re-prices the subscription at the applicable band and issues an updated key. Subscriptions auto-renew each billing period unless cancelled; a fresh license key is emailed on renewal. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal (the link is in your receipt email). On cancellation, your current key keeps working until the end of the paid term, then simply lapses — no further charges.
Because a 7-day free trial lets you fully evaluate KueSync before paying, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and renewals are non-refundable once charged. If something went wrong — a duplicate charge, a key that never arrived, or a genuine problem — email support@kuesync.com within 14 days and we'll make it right, including a refund where warranted. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Use KueSync lawfully and only on machines and networks you are authorized to control. You're responsible for securing your own network (including setting a Fleet Password on shared networks).
KueSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. KueSync is pre-release beta software. Its redundancy and automatic-failover features are best-effort and depend on your network and hardware; they are provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not a substitute for your own show practices. Live events carry inherent risk; you are responsible for appropriate rehearsal, redundancy, and backup procedures for your show, and you should validate failover in your own environment before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krometis Analytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or show interruptions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. We may suspend or terminate a license for breach of these terms.
