Who we are

Krometis Analytics ("we", "us") makes KueSync, presentation-sync software for live events. Contact: support@krometis.com.

What we collect

We keep this minimal:

Purchase & license data — when you subscribe, our payment processor (PayPal) handles your payment details; we never see your card. We receive and store your name, email address, and subscription ID to issue and email your license key and to support renewals.
Support correspondence — anything you send us by email.
Website analytics — aggregate, privacy-respecting usage statistics to understand traffic. We do not sell this data.
Assistant chat — messages you type into the on-site chat are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. Don't include sensitive personal information in chat.

The KueSync software itself runs on your own machines and your own network. It does not send your slides, presentations, or show content to us. The agent periodically requests a small version file (latest.json) from our site to check for updates; that is an ordinary web request and carries no personal data.

Why we use it

To deliver and renew your license, provide support, operate and improve the website, and prevent abuse. We process this data to perform our contract with you and for our legitimate interest in running the service.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that make the product work — our payment processor (PayPal), our hosting/CDN provider, our email sender, and our AI chat provider — each only to the extent needed. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep purchase and license records for as long as your subscription is active and as required for tax and accounting, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can cancel your subscription anytime in your PayPal account. Email support@krometis.com and we'll respond. To stop assistant-chat data collection, simply don't use the chat.

Children

KueSync is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 16.
